A Once-in-a-Summer Opportunity!

Each summer, the Erie Blues and Jazz Festival attracts thousands from the Erie region and beyond. Although attendees can come and go as they please, most tend to stick around for a while  — and feel good about it! 

The ample foot traffic throughout the weekend means plenty of opportunities to sell to (often quite eager!) customers. If you'd like to become a vendor at this year's event, please fill out the application form and our organizers will be in touch with you.

Vendor Types and Space Allocation:

  • Food trucks and food trailers: Includes vendors utilizing a vehicle equipped with cooking facilities, or oversized setups. Will be allocated a maximum of 10'x30' space, unless an alternative plan is approved.
  • Food vendors, served on site: Includes all vendors who will be handling and packaging food or beverage on site for guests, within a tented area. Ex. made to order sandwiches, open kettle popcorn, fresh squeezed lemonade, plated cake slices. Will be allocated a 10'x10' space, unless an alternative plan is approved.
  • Food vendors, packaged: Includes all vendors who have prepared food and beverage off site in a certified kitchen with packaging and labeling in line with county/state standards, and does not require on-site food handling, ex. baked goods, dips, snack items in sealed containers. Will be allocated 10'x10' space, unless an alternative plan is approved.
  • Tented non-food vendors: Includes artisans, crafters, clothing, and other non-edible products. Will be allocated 10'x10' space, unless an alternative plan is approved.

Pricing:
Apply/Pay by Saturday, May 31, 2025*

  • Food Truck Vendor, Food Trailer Vendor: $600+$300 Security Deposit (to be returned after site is cleaned and inspected)
  • Food Vendor, served on site: $600+$300 Security Deposit (to be returned after site is cleaned and inspected)
  • Food Vendor, packaged: $600
  • Non-Food Vendor: $200
  • Non-profit (info based): $200

Apply/Pay by Saturday, June 30, 2025*

  • Food Truck Vendor, Food Trailer Vendor: $700+$300 Security Deposit (to be returned after site is cleaned and inspected)
  • Food Vendor, served on site: $650+$300 Security Deposit (to be returned after site is cleaned and inspected)
  • Food Vendor, packaged: $625
  • Non-Food Vendor: $225
  • Non-profit (info based): $200

* As space permits. Vendor spots will fill up, so apply early!

Other Info:

  • Rates are for both days of the Festival. Single day vending is not possible.
  • Besides food trucks/trailers, all vendors must provide their own popup tent(s) and ground stakes/weights, and applicable permits with the county/state.
  • If you seek space beyond what's listed, let us know below and we will do our best to make it happen. Additional costs may be required.
  • Requests for power may require additional costs and are not guaranteed.
  • Your spot is not confirmed until application fees and relevant paperwork is completed.
